Enjoy the beauty of sun, sand and sea of Prince Edward Island's famous north shore from our two bedroom, executive cottage located on the water at Tracadie Bay overlooking the dunes of Blooming Point.

  
 


The fully insulated summer home is 1140 square feet of living space, plus a 10 x 12 screened dining area, and 180 square feet of open deck. Hardwood floors throughout the cottage give an open cozy feeling and double windows in every room plus garden doors in the living room open the cottage to sky, sun and sea.

The fully-equipped kitchen/dining area has birch shaker cupboards, a built-in dishwasher and table with six chairs. A door from the kitchen enters the screened dining area with propane barbeque, hardwood table and chairs. There are two sitting areas - downstairs den with sofa bed, LCD Satelite TV and view of the water, and main living area with comfortable sofa and chairs and panoramic water views.

Three sleeping areas accommodate six people - upstairs main bedroom with queen bed overlooks the water, second upstairs bedroom with twin beds has private pastoral views, downstairs den with full-size double sofa bed has water view. There is a half-bath with ceramic tile and skylight upstairs, and full bath and shower with ceramic tile and full-size front-load washer and dryer downstairs.
