The cottage has a beautiful sunroom overlooking the Charlottetown Harbour. The cottage has been recently renovated with all new floors, new windows, new washroom, laundry room, updated kitchen with new appliances & freshly painted!

This cottage has been beautiful renovated throughout & now features a large deck facing the water where you can sit & enjoy the amazing view! 

Shop for fresh fish, shellfish, meats and vegetables at the local markets, as well as delectable bakery treats at any one of the town centres, and bring the fixings back to your completely stocked kitchen with attached dining area so you can keep each other company while cooking up a fabulous East Coast meal. Eat out on the sun porch next to the water and watch the sun set over the unique harbourfront and beach in front of the cottage, and listen to the birds in the trees surrounding the property.

The Fox Meadow Golf & Country Club is nearby, as well as access points to mountain biking and trails.
