The cottage is rather unique, in regard to the location, situated off the red clay road, with the only exposure to passing cottage dwellers, is the driveway and shed. The privacy of this location seemed quite important too me, ie; should you paint or play around with a musical instrument, then privacy is important. But if you enjoy meeting and chatting with your neighbors, they are no where too be seen.
