Relaxing two-bedroom cottage situated on a private treed lot, located in the heart of Cavendish. The back of the property borders on the National Park. Perfect for small families, golfers, and nature lovers. It is quiet and peaceful yet still right next door to everything a vacationer could want or need. The perfect place to kick back and relax but close to plenty of activities as well. A National Park Pass is included in the rental.

 
 

 

Master bedroom has a Queen bed, nightstand, and dresser with closet area.


The second bedroom has two twin beds, nightstand, double dresser with a closet area.


The kitchen/dining room has a large table and benches. It includes fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and is fully furnished with towels, linens, dishes and cutlery. Each room includes a large ceiling fan. Heat is electric. Full bathroom with tub/shower. Washer/Drying included on site. There is a television, satellite TV and VCR/DVD combination player, stereo with radio/CD player.

The cottage has a large furnished patio and a propane BBQ. There is also an adirondack lawn chair, bench, and large picnic table on the lawn area. The property includes a fire pit, and horseshoe pit. It is a lovely area for walks and bike rides.

Next door is Avonlea Village, Shining Waters Family Fun Park, Anne of Green Gables House, a family golf course, and many shops, stores and restaurants on the Cavendish Board walk and surrounding area. Two minutes from Visitor's Information Centre.

It is a seven-minute drive to the Village of Rustico which contains a large grocery store, the nearest liquor store, deep sea fishing, celidhs, and even more golf, restaurants and coffee shops to enjoy.
